Whether you left your credit card at the restaurant, are traveling or just don’t use it much, Bluestone Online Banking and Mobile App make it easy to lock and unlock your cards for use.
Online Banking
- Once logged in to your Bluestone account, look for the card widget in the lower left hand corner of your screen. You may have to scroll, depending on your screen resolution.
- The line above the picture of the card shows which card you are working with, as indicated by the account type and last 4 digits of the card number.
- If you would like to change the status of a different card, click the small triangle or down arrow shown after the last 4 digits of the card number, and select the card you want to change.
- Below the picture of the card is a toggle switch and a line that indicates if the card is locked or unlocked.
- To change of the status of this card, click the toggle switch. The line should reflect that the card has been locked or unlocked.
Mobile App
- Once logged in to your Bluestone mobile app, navigate to the Accounts page. Under the listing of your accounts, you will see the card widget.
- The selected card is indicated by the line above the picture showing what type of account it is and the last 4 digits of the card number.
- To select a different card, click the small arrow at the end of the last 4 digits of the card and select the correct card from the drop-down box.
- The picture on the card widget will indicate if the selected card is locked or unlocked (as shown).
- If you would like to change the status of the selected card, click the “Card Controls” button under the picture of the card to be taken to the following screen.
- Click the toggle button on the same line the indicates the card status in order to toggle the status from locked to unlocked.
