Accessibility
Drive-ups at all three branches are now open until 6:00 pm on Fridays and the Solberg & Sycamore branches are open 9a-Noon on Saturdays
Our Night Drop boxes are located at each branch, in Drive-up lane 1. These can be used for cash or check deposits. Transactions completed next business day.
- To make the little things in life more convenient, all 3 Bluestone branches offer coin counting.
Mobile deposits can be made using the Bluestone mobile app SnapChek function. Directions and information are available at Bluestonefcu.org/mobile-help/
In-Network ATMs: Our new networks (Co-op & MoneyPass) provide approximately 3 times the number of fee-free ATMs than the Advantage network.in the Sioux Falls metro. To find an ATM near you, you can go to our website or click the options on the Home page of the mobile app. If you need assistance learning how to use the locators, both our phone and in-branch team members are ready to help.
One of the great features of our new ITMs is that they can accept both cash and check deposits. With 5 locations around town, we are working to make accessing your accounts more convenient. If you would like assistance learning how to use the ITMs, ask a team member and they can walk out to a machine and walk you through the process.
- Check images and statements. Both check images and eStatements are available inside online banking or can be printed for a fee by calling our Member Service Center or stopping in any branch. Both check images and eStatements can be downloaded and saved to your home computer if you find yourself regularly needing more than 18 months of history. If you need assistance with this process, please call or stop in and our team will gladly help you out.
Community Involvement
We’ve really ramped up our Community Involvement in the last few years. And soon you will see a page on this website focused on covering all of these efforts. Until then, you can follow us on Facebook or Instagram to keep up to date. Below is just a sampling of a few of the things we’ve had going on.
- Cooperative Culture with the Sioux Falls Stampede- in its second year, this program sponsors 15 different local non-profits for a table and social media coverage at a Stampede home game.
- Backyard Bash- at our summer member event, Bluestone invited local non-profits to have a free table to reach members.
- Annual Meeting- at our annual meeting this year, Bluestone invited Vaney Hariri to speak. Hariri and team created the Bridging the Gap and Leaders of Tomorrow organizations, and brought members a message of how lifting our communities lifts us all.
- Points for Charity- during the month of Sep 2024, members were given the option to cash in their points as a donation to one of three local non-profits.
Loans & Lending
- If you have a Bluestone loan and want to make a regular payment to that loan from an external account, start at the external account and setup Bluestone as the payee on their bill pay system. Depending on the systems that financial institution has in place, you can set those up to automatically or manually recur.
- Bluestone continues to grow our dealership network, allowing folks to get a loan from Bluestone, directly from your dealer. Just ask your dealer to submit your loan to us!
- Don’t forget about Nugget! If you are looking for a credit card that offers a cash-back rewards option, with a rate that’s still less than half the national average, check out Nugget’s Primo Visa Cashback card here.
Online/Mobile Banking
- Bluestone offers a totally FREE person-to-person payment option known as Pay Anyone. This can be accessed in online banking under Pay & Transfer, and on the Bluestone mobile app under Move Money. Pay Anyone is a great way to send money without third party apps.
- We are continuously working to keep your money and your personal information safe from fraud, while keeping up with the latest in online security features. Bluestone regularly updates our mobile app and online banking login requirements based on new regulations and industry best practices. Thank you for your patience, we take our role as stewards of your finances seriously.
Rewards & Fees
Bluestone offers Relationship Rewards, or points, that accrue each month, based on the products and services that you have with Bluestone. We have heard your feedback and are in the process of revamping how you can use these points, so stay tuned. Until then, this page has a good overview of how you earn points, our Membership levels and what those mean, and what you can use your points for. Thank you to everyone who took the time to offer their feedback on our Relationship Rewards program, we look forward to implementing some of them soon.
