Q: Why did you want to volunteer your time for service to the Bluestone Federal Credit Union Board?

A: I believe strongly in giving back and strengthening the community I call home. Bluestone’s philosophy of people helping people aligns with my approach to leadership and service. I saw this as an opportunity to bring my experience in leadership, business, and organizational strategy while helping Bluestone continue to grow and serve its members well. 

Q: What do you fill your time with outside of the Bluestone Federal Credit Union’s Board Room?

A: Outside of the board room, I work as the Director of Operations at Volunteers of America Dakotas and own Bensane Coaching, where I coach runners and provide mental performance coaching. I enjoy running, teaching, mentoring athletes and coaches, and serving in the community.
