What is Pay Anyone (Person-to-person)?

Pay Anyone is a service that allows you to electronically send money to any individual located in the United States. The process is simple: you won’t need the recipient’s account number or routing number, instead you will be asked to specify how you wish to send the payment, via secure text message or email.

Pay Anyone is located in the Move Money menu on mobile and can be found under the Pay & Transfer tab of ItsMe247 online banking.

Before using the service for the first time, you must enroll. After enrolling, you can start using the service right away. You may also unenroll from the service at any time. You can unenroll online: login to your online banking, click Pay & Transfer, then Pay Anyone, verify your identity, then click Enrollment Preferences and Unenroll. You may also unenroll by contacting any member service representative.

Once enrolled, simply click Send New Payment and follow the steps to send either a secure text message or email communication. With your transfer, you will enter a password that should be provided to the recipient. The recipient will be sent a secure link that walks them through the steps of collecting the money you sent.

The following limitations apply to Pay Anyone transfers. These limitations help minimize exposure to loss should a breach of a member’s account security occur.
