As your Credit Union, we understand that the federal government shutdown may cause uncertainty. We want to reassure you that, during this time, Bluestone Federal Credit Union will continue operating fully for our members.
Your funds are completely insured and covered by the NCUA, which is an independent agency of the federal government. The NCUA’s operating budget comes from fees charged to federal credit unions and transfers from the National Credit Union Insurance Fund.
